AUTO GAME TRANSLATOR JAPAN TO ENGLISH WITH AGTH AND ATLAS

Did u ever Download a game, which size is large and u spent almost a day just to download all the file. But… After u finish download it, and try to play the game, you suprise, that the game actually in Japan Language and Japan Subtitle, and there’s no way you could enjoy the game with out understanding the subtitle (usually apply for Virtual Novel Game, free or not)

Well that kind of thing happen to me last week. I Download a game, it took me almost 4 hour, i don’t have much free time back then (actually, i almost never had any free time). After that boring 4 hour of waiting, the download finished. Sadly, when i try to play the game. The game actually in japannese.

Oh, Damn it…!!!

Well,because i don’t want to let my precious 4 hour wasted like that, i try asking to Mr Google, one link lead to another, and then at last, after tiresly browsing, i found a site, AGTHGENERALHELP. In this site i found “a New Hope”.

Yes, that site tell me exactly how to play Japanese Subtitle Game (Without using English Patch). That site introduce me, 2 simple but very strong tools, ATLAS & AGTH. AGTH will help u catch the subtitle in the game, while ATLAS will Translate it into English. Though the result not 100 %, but it will help u understand the game more.

Ok, here goes nothing.

A. AGTH

AGTH is a software, which has an ability to catch a text from a game. For example, virtual novel game or #H Game has a dozen subtitle, with AGTH, u could catch that subtitle, and put it in AGTH Console. You could even, automatically put the text in the clipboard, though it seem unnecessary, but this is real power of AGTH. You could download AGTH (Free of course) from it site, http://agthook.googlepages.com/index.html
Install AGTH, Just extract the zip file in C:\AGTH (there only 2 file in the zip, agth.exe dan agth.dll)

B. ATLAS

What is ATLAS, ATLAS is an auto translater, a dictionary which can translate many sentence at once.
ATLAS has the Abilty to Translate directly text in the Clip Board
ATLAS can be download (the trial mode) from atlas trial version. The filesize is 155 MB.
I’m not providing any crack, so don’t ask me the crack.
Install the software

C. Where do we go From here…???
Now setting the 2 software, so it work the way we want it.

After those two Software has been installed, try open ATLAS first
Click quick ATLAS Button, then in the Taskbar, quick ATLAS tray will shown up
Right Click the quick ATLAS tray, and checklist the Automatic: Clip Board Translation

Now Time to use The AGTH software

There 2 way for u to do dhis

The First one is, by using CMD

- Start => Run => CMD
E:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>c: [ENTER]
C:\>cd AGTH [ENTER]
Write this
agth.exe /C “[GAME_PATH]\[GAME_NAME]”
ex: C:\AGTH>C:\AGTH\agth.exe /C “F:\DariDimas\GAME H\kimokan.exe”

The 2nd Way is by using Shortcut

Create the shortcut from the program u want to translate (Copy the Game, Paste Shortcut)
Right Click the shortcut, select properties
Select Shortcut TAB
In the Target text, make it like this C:\agth.exe /C “[GAME_PATH]\[GAME_NAME]
ex: C:\AGTH\agth.exe /C ” C:\AGTH\agth.exe /C “F:\DariDimas\GAME H\kimokan.exe”

After that, play the game
After the game start, and subtitle start to shown. Pay attention to AGTH. You will c a window that capture the subtitle. In the combo box, try select all the option until u find the output that u want to c.

Select the output

Pay attention to atlas, each time agth capture a text, it will automatically translate it.
Now, u can play the game, just c the atlas console to now what the subtitle mean.
